After we ate an amazing lunch at Bollywood Theater today we sashayed next door to Salt & Straw, a Portland, Oregon ice creamery. Noted for its creative combination of first-class ingredients, expect to find the queue out the door and rubbing shoulders with those waiting for seats at Bollywood Theater.

I savored every spoonful of this. Diet starts tomorrow.
